Up for offer is a genuine Dancing Flower. Popular in the 80's, I loved these things!! Made by Takara (the original) this piece is in full working order, and just as entertaining to watch as it was 20 years ago.
Monkey Magic Complete 13 DVD Collectors BoxSet
This is TV nostalgia at it's very best. The punkiest Monkey that ever popped onto our screens. There are a whopping 52 episodes in this DVD set which covers all of those aired in the UK and 13 that weren't. The DVD's are well presented in a sturdy box that looks good on the shelf.
Anyone who has seen these shows will undoubtedly have this on their "to buy" list. I knew few children who weren't pretending to be Monkey following a screening of this show on it's original run. Watching it again as an adult, it's even funnier than I ever remembered.
Pigsy and his overindulgence, Sandy's philisophical musings, Tripitaka's outbursts and especially the cheek of Monkey. As if this wasn't enough, the music is fantastic. Closing credits have never been so much fun as when they are accompanied by "In Gandhara, Gandhara, they say it was in India...."
