This is a great resource for Australian motorhead and car enthusiast. There are a bunch of articles discussing the state of the Australian car market, recalls and notices, latest in motoring technology and comprehensive reviews of a variety of makes and models available in Australia. Another feature of the site is a free online motoring classifieds.

For those looking to buy you can narrow your search for a car by either dealership or private sellers, make and model, state and region, price range, engine, transmission, body, drive and fuel type. All in all, it’s a comprehensive search function that will save a lot of time when it comes to finding a new or used car.

For sellers, the Australian Car Directory offers private traders and dealers a free classifieds ad which will be posted for a maximum of 90 days. After the expiration period, the ad will be removed from the database and a new advertisement can be posted. All that is need to register on the free auto classifieds is an email address. The advertisement can include jpeg photos allows you to list all the important information about the vehicle and your contact information. Dealers can add a banner or logo to their advertisement.

The Car Directory also includes links to transport departments throughout Australia, motoring associations, financial lenders, insurance brokers and links to other motoring websites.
